Padlangs is the last chance to stock up before going
into the Baviaanskloof and the first when coming out;
you can not afford to pass by without dropping in.
We offer a wide
variety of soft drinks and farm fresh fruit and
vegetables. Choose from our biltong, pickles,
preserves, dried fruit, jams, syrups, pies, pasties,
biscuits, sweets, nougat, nuts, rusks and imported
chocolates.
All the fruit
and vegetables and much of the other foodstuffs such as
the chicken pies, venison pies, milk tarts, lemon
meringues, preserves etc are made by local farmers'
wives.
We also stock
Somerset East's Strawdanaire and Cape Town's Cooksister
ranges.
There is an
interesting variety of children's toys and books,
ornaments, decorations and gifts to browse through.
You can even
pluck your own fruit from the orchard to take with you!
(In season, of course).
We are open
from 8am to 5pm every day including public holidays. |
