Padlangs is the perfect stop for tea, coffee and cake, a
snack, a light meal, a full meal or for takeaways.
The milk tarts,
lemon meringues, muffins and Greek chocolate cake are
all made by local farmers' wives. Tannie Shirley's
chicken pies are really made by Tannie Shirley!
In the kitchen
is Cordon Bleu chef Sharelda van Niekerk so your à la
carte meal will be something special.
Enjoy a farm
fresh "Leeuloop" breakfast or a champagne breakfast.
The Saturday
speciality is tripe served from a proper black pot with
fresh baked bread. Sunday Lunch offers 2 meats, 3
vegetables, rice, roast potatoes, salad and pudding at
only R60 pp. (Booking recommended to avoid
disappointment).
Your potatoes
and chips literally came out of the ground earlier the
same day. All our fruit and vegetables are farm
fresh.
Enjoy good
olive oil, balsamic vinegar, selected wines and imported
beers.
For intimate
weddings and truly special bridal showers, birthday
parties, anniversaries or other functions choose
Padlangs as your venue. Functions up to 80 people can be
accommodated in a marquee. |
